Bolts Gaming NHL 6v6 Tournament

All teams will be randomly paired in double-elimination brackets.

Team Captains will create teams and then invite each member before registering to the tournament - minimum team size is 6 players but teams can have up to 9 players on their roster. The Bracket will be played on Xbox Series X|S.

All qualifying games through semi-finals are a best-of-one (BO1).

Bracket finalists are best-of-three (BO3).

All rounds will have a default date and time range when they’re able to be played which will be announced upon registration closure to make sure the times reflect the amount of participants.

Each Match must have at least one player streaming the games to a relevant Streaming Platform (Twitch & Youtube Preferred) and at the end of the pairing, team captains will report their scores inside the tournament platform. Match disputes will be managed off-site by utilizing the info@raredrop.co email.

Dates for Qualifying are Below:

• Open Qualifying - April 1 & 2 @ 7pm ET
• Top 8 - April 8 & 9 @ 7pm ET
• Semi-Finals & Finals - April 14th @ TBD

Games will be allocated 30 minutes for each B01 to ensure ample time for each team. Day 1 will play through to the conclusion of Upper Bracket Round 2 & Lower Bracket Round 2 with Day 2 following the same game length but going to the conclusion of the Upper Bracket 3rd round and Lower Bracket 3th Round in staggered games.

Day 1 - April 1st 7:00pm - 7:30pm ET | Upper Bracket R1 7:30pm - 8:00pm ET | Upper Bracket R2 & Lower Bracket R1 8:00pm - 8:30pm ET | Lower Bracket R2

Day 2 - April 2nd 7:00pm - 7:30pm ET | Upper Bracket R3 7:30pm - 8:00pm ET | Lower Bracket R3

If the bracket is caught up and both opponents wish to play earlier than the next scheduled time, they may do so.

However, both teams cannot flex to a later time (only earlier) without approval from the Tournament Administration Team.

Any player with obscene or offensive handles or behavior will be removed from the tornament and the team will be left to find a replacement as needed.

Banned Traits The following traits/perks are banned from play during this tournament.

• Truculence
• Unstoppable Force
• No Contest

If a team(s) is found to have been caught using any of the banned traits/perks above, the team(s) are to report it directly to the Event Staff/Admins of the issue and submit a stream, clip, or screenshot of a player(s) using the banned traits/perks.

The punishment will be a game forfeiture/overturn if the evidence is proven guilty.
